Scope of Position
The Regional Sales Director Southeast is responsible for developing and executing growth strategies and sales plan execution for the Haws and Watts family of brands within the U.S. Wholesale channel for their geographic territories. Spearhead regional growth strategy by identifying growth opportunities, building new and existing business relationships, and developing sales goals. The RSD is responsible to deliver the sales objectives including top line, margin and share growth.
This position reports to the Director of Sales North America. This role is remote and is based in southern US, preferably in Texas.

While performing the job duties, you will be working remotely in an office environment. You may be required to occasionally travel to and work in the office at the Sparks, NV location for meetings, trainings, or as otherwise required by Company management.
