We're seeking a Regional Sales Director to lead independent distributors, drive surgeon adoption, and expand Catalyst's footprint across a multi-state territory.

What You'll Do

  • Drive revenue growth across a multi-state region
  • Develop and coach independent distributors
  • Convert target surgeons into Catalyst customers
  • Expand utilization within existing accounts
  • Build relationships with surgeons, hospitals, and ASCs
  • Execute regional growth strategies and market development initiatives

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of orthopedic medical device sales success
  • 3+ years leading distributors, sales teams, or complex territories
  • Proven history of exceeding sales targets and growing market shares
  • Strong knowledge of Shoulder arthroplasty products and the healthcare landscape
  • Strong surgeon relationships and distributor management experience
  • Willingness to travel extensively throughout the region
