Leveraging our team's expertise in antibody discovery and engineering, we have created a robust pipeline of differentiated investigational therapeutic candidates for well-validated targets.Reporting to the Area Business Director, the Regional Sales Director will oversee a team of Specialty Account Managers (SAMs) within a defined geography and will be responsible for driving performance against regional and national objectives through tactical execution, coaching and developing SAMs, and fostering cross-functional collaboration. The RSD will partner with Market Access, Field Medical, Marketing, Commercial Operations, and Sales Training to ensure strategic alignment, seamless customer experiences, and continuous improvement across the field organization.This is a highly visible leadership position with the opportunity to shape execution, culture, and success for Viridian's first commercial launch.This role is fully remote.
