Position Summary
The Regional Sales Director (RSD) is responsible for leading the commercial expansion of IANTREK's ophthalmic surgical portfolio across a designated multi-state region. This leadership role is accountable for driving revenue growth, accelerating surgeon adoption, developing high-performing teams, and executing strategic commercial initiatives aligned with the company's mission and growth objectives.
The RSD will lead, coach, and develop Surgical Glaucoma Managers (SGMs) while building strong partnerships with surgeons, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), ambulatory surgery centers, hospitals, and clinical stakeholders throughout the region. This role requires a combination of strategic leadership, operational discipline, commercial execution, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth medical device environment.
Successful candidates will demonstrate strong business acumen, clinical credibility, leadership capability, and a passion for building and scaling teams that deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
