Job Summary: Provide general administrative support for the sales organization, ensuring efficient coordination of reporting, customer visits, and internal team meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
Administration Support
- Provide support to the sales team by managing customer visits and interview scheduling at the Simpsonville office, ensuring all necessary parties receive agendas and meeting invites.
- Assist in organizing team meetings, oversee updates to organization charts, and facilitate internal coordination for smooth operations.
Reporting & Documentation
- Compile the monthly sales report for all US Sales regions, the weekly opportunity report, and consolidate regional budgets.
- Maintain region/territory maps, update quarterly market share reports, and share mileage reports with Regional Sales Managers.
Customer & Internal Coordination
- Oversees logistics for customer visits, including scheduling, office notifications, catering, and accommodations for key meetings such as new authorization visits, business planning sessions, and training events.
- Additionally, they manage group emails and meeting invites for large sales team meetings.
Required Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Office 365, Salesforce.com, PowerBI, and other software tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of organizational ability and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in sales support or administrative coordination preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Sit or stand at workstation for 8 hours per day; Monday-Friday.
- Able to work and focus while working in a cubicle environment.
- Able to work in a fast-paced department with multiple inbound media and competing priorities.
- Ability to organize, prioritize and plan incoming work and work-in-process.
- Ability to grasp new job-related information/skills and demonstrate understanding of same.

- Support sales growth through efficient weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting.
- Provide general administrative support as needed to ensure smooth internal operations.
- Assist sales teams by providing communication, coordination, and collaboration.
- Serve as the point of contact for customer visits to the Simpsonville office, ensuring agendas and meeting invites are properly coordinated.
- Assist in the coordination of interviews at the Simpsonville office by scheduling and sending meeting invites.
- Develop and maintain relationships across the organization in both office and virtual settings.
- Ensure accurate and timely coordination of customer and internal meetings.
