Champion Homes is seeking a Regional Safety Manager to support the execution of enterprise-wide safety initiatives across multiple manufacturing and operational locations. This role partners closely with field leadership to drive a proactive safety culture, ensure regulatory compliance, and continuously improve safety performance. The Regional Safety Manager will serve as a subject matter expert, influencing site leaders and employees to adopt best practices that protect people, property, and the environment.
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Bachelors degree (B.A.) or Associates degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; FIVE plus years related experience and/or training in the housing environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and vendors.
Strong working knowledge of OSHA regulations and general environmental compliance requirements
Professional certification (e.g., CHST, CSP, or similar) preferred
Proven experience conducting investigations, audits, and safety program implementation
Ability to influence, coach, and motivate employees and leaders at all levels of the organization
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using safety metrics and data
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment while supporting multiple locations
