Regional Safety Manager (Construction) | Concord, CADuties and responsibilities consist of, but are not limited to:Lead and manage regional construction safety and risk management programsEnsure compliance with OSHA, EPA, state, federal, and client-specific safety requirementsConduct jobsite inspections, audits, and pre-operational risk assessmentsInvestigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, including root cause analysisDevelop corrective action plans and implement risk mitigation strategiesSupport, coach, and mentor field supervisors and project safety personnelDeliver safety training, onboarding, and leadership development programsTrack and analyze leading and lagging safety indicatorsCoordinate emergency response procedures and workers' compensation supportPartner with operations leadership, HR, and project teams to drive continuous improvementServe as company representative with regulatory agencies and general contractorsQualifications:5–7+ years of construction safety, EHS, or occupational health and safety experienceBachelor's degree in Occupational/Environmental Health & Safety, Construction Management, or related field preferred but not requiredCHST, ASP, or CSP designation highly preferredExperience with construction insurance and claims highly preferredStrong knowledge of OSHA construction standardsExperience with incident investigation, audits, and compliance reportingExcellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills#J-18808-Ljbffr
