Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of multiple Teriyaki Madness locations in the Wichita area.
- Drive sales growth and profitability across your designated region through effective leadership and strategic initiatives.
- Coach, mentor, and develop restaurant General Managers and their teams, fostering a positive and high-performing work environment.
- Ensure consistent brand execution, including food quality, guest experience, and operational standards at all locations.
- Manage P&Ls for each restaurant, implementing cost-saving measures and identifying revenue-generating opportunities.
- Conduct regular site visits and performance evaluations for each restaurant, providing constructive feedback and support.
- Collaborate with the corporate team on marketing initiatives, new product rollouts, and operational improvements.
- Maintain a strong focus on food safety, sanitation, and compliance with all health regulations.
Requirements
- Proven success managing multiple restaurant locations or a large single-unit operation.
- Demonstrable experience in P&L management, cost control, and budget forecasting.
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including inventory management, food safety, and staff training.
- Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, comfortable interacting with team members and corporate leadership.
- Proficiency in standard office software and restaurant management systems.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel regularly within the assigned region.
