Hugg and Hall Equipment Company is looking for someone with leadership, team building, and strategic thinking skills to join our team as a Regional Rental Manager. ABOUT THE POSITION

Regional Rental Managers function as part of the Rental Sales team and are responsible for leading branch rental operations and personnel across multiple locations. 

In this role, you will:

  • PROVIDE HANDS-ON LEADERSHIP and oversight to rental sales and operations personnel across multiple locations, ensuring superior customer service is at the forefront.
  • SUPPORT and MANAGE RENTAL MANAGERS across multiple locations, to ensure all equipment yard and rental assets are being maintained, including issues such as damages and repairs being handled in a timely manner.
  • ENSURE THE IMPLEMENTATION of business plan objectives and key performance metrics are consistently tracked and on target

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 3 years of progressively responsible sales and sales management 
  • Prior managerial experience preferred
  • Experience in the material handling equipment industry a huge plus 
  • Working knowledge of construction and industrial equipment operation ideal
  • Team building skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Minimum age of 21 years old
  • Clean Driving Record
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 4-year BA or BS College degree preferred

 

This position is deemed a Safety Sensitive job for purposes of the Arkansas Medical Marijuana Amendment, the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana and Patient Protection Act, and the Louisiana Therapeutic Marijuana Act.

  • This position will be working in operating facilities and outdoors, traveling to numerous customer locations. The employee will encounter varying weather conditions and temperatures.
  • This position is continuously required to talk or hear; regularly required to sit, stand, walk, or climb.
  • Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds on occasion.
  • Position requires driving vehicle to and from assigned locations and customer locations. The normal auto hazards will apply.
