The Regional Reliability & Maintenance Engineer reports to the Corporate Reliability and Maintenance Manager and is based in Springfield, MO.
Initial focus is on the Missouri site, with 25% travel required.
Key responsibilities include improving asset performance, managing maintenance costs, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
They oversee all site maintenance, reliability projects, and capital projects, collaborating with engineering, contractors, and union employees.
They develop maintenance strategies, manage spare parts inventory, analyze CMMS data, and conduct root cause analysis to enhance reliability.
The role requires a BA in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering, 7-10 years of experience in Maintenance/Reliability in a PSM-regulated environment, and proficiency with CMMS, ERP, and related systems.
Experience with Six Sigma and hazardous process safety standards is a plus.
