The PDC Manager is the senior site leader accountable for customer service excellence, last‑mile delivery performance, labor relations, and long‑range site strategy, leveraging embedded and emerging automated technologies within the Parts Distribution Center (PDC).
This role owns near‑term execution while developing and driving a rolling five‑year strategy aligned to network growth, customer expectations, technology evolution, workforce capability, and capital planning. The PDC Manager is expected to demonstrate enterprise‑level business acumen in supply chain distribution and industrial engineering, translating strategy, economics, and engineering tradeoffs into sustained operational performance.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain or Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Labor, Communications, Business, Marketing, or other related degree
Minimum 10 years of experience in managerial/supervisory experience in a distribution warehouse environment
Knowledge of Continuous Improvement systems and Lean Manufacturing experience
Experience managing day to day operations within a union environment
Proven ability to develop and execute a detailed project plan
Ability to develop analysis to improve on current standard processes
Driven to seek solutions to improved performances
Possess a high sense of urgency to the customer and plant KPI's
Must be willing to work extended weekday hours and weekends across day/evening shifts, as required
Must be willing to relocate
