We're looking for an experienced Regional Operations Manager to oversee multiple before- and after-school programs throughout the St. Louis area. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring high-quality program delivery, operational excellence, staff development, financial performance, and strong partnerships with schools and families.
What You'll Do
Lead the operations of multiple school-age childcare and enrichment programs.
Manage program quality, staffing, budgets, and P&L performance.
Recruit, coach, and develop site leaders and program staff.
Build strong relationships with school administrators, families, and community partners.
Ensure compliance with Missouri childcare licensing requirements.
Support enrollment growth and promote programs within local communities.
Qualifications
3+ years of multi-site leadership experience (5+ locations preferred).
Direct P&L management experience.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Knowledge of childcare licensing regulations preferred.
Experience working with children or youth programs is a plus.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel between program locations.
Missouri Licensing Requirements
Missouri DESE Center Director/Group Child Care Home Provider Certification (capacity of at least 100 children), and
120 college credit hours, including 24 child-related credits, or
Four years of relevant childcare experience plus 24 child-related college credits.
