Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional service and maintaining high standards in our apartment communities. We're looking for a motivated full-time Regional Operations Assistant to join our dynamic team and travel between apartment communities to provide critical operational, administrative, and leasing support. The Regional Operations Assistant's primary duties are to fill staffing gaps and assist the Property Manager in marketing strategies to drive occupancy and maintain operational excellence across the regional portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct property tours for prospective tenants, highlighting features and amenities.
Process lease applications, conduct credit and background checks, and prepare lease agreements.
Assist with auditing resident files, renewals, and move-in paperwork to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Training new on-site leasing staff in leasing techniques, software use, and operational best practices.
Assist with resident retention efforts, including lease renewals and community events.
Stay informed about market trends, competitor pricing, and industry best practices.
Assist with rent collections and processing delinquency reports as needed.

Qualifications:

2-4 years of experience in residential property management, specifically in leasing, assistant management, or operations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software OneSite, Knock, Bluemoon.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Note: This position requires you to work weekends.
