The Regional Nursing Manager provides clinical leadership and operational support to Outpatient Health Clinic teams, ensuring staff are well-trained, competent, and compliant with all clinical and regulatory requirements. This role oversees the implementation of standard clinic policies, procedures, and documentation while delivering hands-on training and conducting regular chart and compliance audits. The manager collaborates with leadership to support staffing, supply needs, staff meetings, and workflow efficiency, and provides clinic coverage as needed. This position will travel throughout Allen County.
