Regional Marketing Manager, North America (Nouryon Surface Chemistry LLC) (Chicago, IL): Develop and implement the annual strategic marketing plan in collaboration with regional sales teams to drive growth and market presence. Analyze market trends and contribute insights to the global market intelligence database to inform strategic decisions. Establish and maintain optimal pricing strategies to support profitability and growth. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and actively support product stewardship. Lead regional product launch activities, contribute to new product development, and coordinate effective customer communication. Utilize cross-functional expertise in supply and demand planning to anticipate customer needs and optimize product portfolio positioning. Manage and mentor the Marketing Analyst by guiding market research, data analysis, and report preparation, ensuring they effectively support product launches and events. Oversee the preparation, accuracy, and relevance of market intelligence data to aid strategic planning. Actively participate in industry events, tradeshows, and customer visits to strengthen relationships and identify emerging market opportunities. Foster collaboration between marketing and sales teams to improve CRM data accuracy and track customer opportunities and risks effectively. In order to complete the above-mentioned tasks, the following skills and experience is required: Experience with pricing skills, including the use of pricing tools and competitive market assessments; Experience with strategic marketing planning and execution in B2B agricultural and crop protection sectors; Cross-functional experience in supply/demand planning and commercial execution; Experience with CRM, SAP and marketing intelligence tools; Experience building relationships and managing stakeholders across multiple levels; Experience leading product launches and coordinate cross-functional teams; and Experience with global and regional account management, supply/demand planning, and product Positioning. Requires a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, or a related field, and at least one year of experience as a Marketing Analyst or related B2B marketing position working with agricultural markets. Hybrid option to work from home is available. Travel is required 30% of the time regionally. Salary: $120,000 – $140,000/year.
