Cascades Healthcare is a growing, Provo-based healthcare organization focused on operating high-quality skilled nursing facilities across multiple states. We're looking for a Regional Manager of Accounts Receivable who brings strong financial insight, leadership, and a hands-on approach to supporting business office operations.
In this role, you will support our facilities in Nampa, ID, Greater Twin Falls Area, and Seattle, WA.

As a key regional partner, you will oversee financial and billing operations across assigned facilities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and consistency.
Core Responsibilities:
Guide and support Business Office Managers across your region
Oversee billing, collections, cash management, and reimbursement processes
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and long-term care regulations
Analyze performance, identify gaps, and implement solutions
Provide ongoing training in billing systems (Net Solutions, RFMS, ADP)
Conduct quarterly on-site visits to assess and strengthen operations
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support facility success
Maintain confidentiality and uphold company compliance standards
Experience & Education Required:
2+ years as a Business Office Manager in a Skilled Nursing Facility. No exceptions.
Associate or bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
Prior leadership or supervisory experience
Knowledge & Skills:
Strong understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, and insurance billing
Familiarity with post-acute or long-term care financial operations
Clear communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to travel regularly within Utah and Idaho
