The Business Brain: Sharp skills in labor modeling, smart scheduling, inventory management, and breaking down P&L data into winning game plans.
The Attitude: A dynamic, positive, and candid communicator who leads by example and thrives on empowering others.
The Tech Basics: Comfort navigating POS systems, back-office software, and Microsoft Office.
All-Weather Hustle: A flexible schedule that keeps up with the business—including early-morning rushes (as early as 5:00 AM), late-night wins, weekends, and holidays.
On the Move: This is a hands-on role with up to 75% travel across the Southeast Virginia market. You’ll be where the action is!
