Our Regional Manager in Training (RMIT) program is ideal for multi-store managers who want to transition into a new organization at a steady, intentional pace-gaining hands-on experience, executive mentorship, and strategic insight along the way.

Relocation Flexibility Required: Our stores span across 8 states, and training takes place in one of our top-performing markets. While your initial training location may not be your permanent placement, flexibility to relocate based on future openings or company needs is required. Details can be discussed further during the interview process.

What You'll Do:

• Oversee and support multiple store teams to ensure operational excellence
• Drive business results through sales performance, financial oversight, and strategic execution
• Ensure compliance with policies, audits, inventory, and operational standards

What You'll Need to Succeed:

• Prior experience in multi-unit retail or sales leadership (District Manager, Regional Manager, etc.)

• Willingness to travel within your assigned region
• A results-driven mindset with a passion for leadership and growth
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet company driving requirements

• Location: Travel required within assigned region
• Schedule: Monday - Friday
• Requirements: Valid driver's license and clean driving record
