This is a fully remote role with up to 50% travel required within the continental US. Must be able to travel frequently by car an air.

CVRx is pioneering the future of cardiovascular care through Barostim therapy, delivering an innovative treatment option for patients with heart failure while advancing our mission to improve lives through science, innovation, and patient access. As adoption continues to accelerate, ensuring timely patient access through effective reimbursement strategy is fundamental to delivering on our mission and sustaining commercial growth.
The Regional Manager, Field Reimbursement is a field-based member of the CVRx Reimbursement organization responsible for extending the Company''s reimbursement strategy into the field. Reporting directly to the Senior Vice President of Reimbursement, this role serves as the regional reimbursement authority, partnering with healthcare providers and the commercial organization to navigate reimbursement complexity, improve patient access, and accelerate appropriate adoption of Barostim therapy.
Working as the field extension of the Reimbursement organization, the Regional Manager translates enterprise reimbursement strategy into regional execution while providing valuable market intelligence back to the organization. Through trusted partnerships and deep reimbursement expertise, this role strengthens one of CVRx''s most important strategic capabilities-ensuring reimbursement excellence becomes a competitive advantage for our customers and our business.

By combining deep reimbursement expertise with strategic commercial partnership, this leader helps ensure that reimbursement complexity never becomes a barrier to patients receiving life-changing therapy. This role is instrumental in advancing patient access, supporting customer success, and delivering on CVRx''s mission to improve the lives of patients living with heart failure.

Salary range for U.S locations (USD): 197,000 - 230,000
In addition to Base Salary, this position is eligible for participation in our annual Corporate Bonus Plan (CBP) which provides the opportunity to earn additional compensation for the company's meeting established annual objectives and prorated based on earned annual base salary.
The base salary range is applicable across the U.S., complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and specific location.
