Regional Maintenance Supervisor – Canoga Park, CA (San Fernando Valley)

The ideal candidate resides within the San Fernando Valley area and is comfortable traveling to properties throughout Los Angeles, Ventura County, Santa Barbara County, and surrounding areas. This person will supervise maintenance and capital improvement projects for assigned apartment communities. The RMS will oversee capital improvements, general maintenance operations, and maintenance associate training.
This is a full-time position with full benefits. Pay range: $80,000 - $85,000 per year + up to 12% additional compensation with bonus program.
