We are currently recruiting for an experienced and skilled journeyman level professional to maintain, service and repair the housing units as part of our North Regional Upgrade Crew based out of Redmond, Washington. This position is represented by the Seattle King County Building Trades Council.
This is journey level electrical work primarily upgrading and repairing individual apartment units in a variety of residential housing including mid-rise (3-5 stories), townhome and single-family homes. Work is on a renovation team of tradesmen refurbishing apartment units to “like new” condition.
Electrical work includes rewiring circuits and panel upgrades to support arc fault breakers, GFI circuits, cove type heaters, inter-connected smoke detectors, etc. Work is primarily single phase within individual units; however, may require work on building panels and meter packs, community exterior/interior lighting, diagnosis of building HVAC and equipment systems and appliances, etc. Knowledge and experience with other trades is helpful to move overall project objectives including:

Salary & Benefits:
The starting salary for this position is $51.48 - $53.87 per hour depending on experience and education. The full salary schedule is $51.48 - $57.41 per hour.
