Regional Maintenance Manager C² Technologies seeks a Regional Maintenance Manager to oversee and coordinate maintenance and logistics activities across multiple locations within a designated region. This role supports site managers across individual locations to ensure facilities and operations remain safe, compliant, and fully mission capable. The Regional Maintenance Manager serves as the logistics management specialist for the region and is responsible for interpreting, planning, evaluating, coordinating, and reporting on the effective implementation of logistics programs. Responsibilities • Provide regional support to site managers across multiple individual locations and determine and maintain the appropriate division of regions to meet program needs Required Qualifications • 2-year technical degree or equivalent related training Physical Requirements and Work Environment • Medium work, including exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, up to 30 pounds frequently, and up to 10 pounds constantly to move objects This is not necessarily an all-inclusive list of job-related responsibilities, duties, skills, efforts, requirements or working conditions. Base Salary Range: $100,000 – $130,000 / year. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and structural alignment. Individual pay is influenced by several factors, including the candidate's work location, relevant experience, skillset, and contract constraints.
