Regional Maintenance Manager

We are actively searching for aRegional Maintenance Managerto join our client, a global manufacturer ($1.2B), to lead maintenance and reliability operations for 3 production plants in the Greater Chicago region.

This is a crucial role to drive world class equipment reliability and support managers and coach maintenance teams on best practices.

Background

• Maintenance leadership experience is ideal Or experience as a Senior Reliability Engineer.
• Experience in preventative maintenance, TPM, equipment reliability, or mechanical integrity programs.
• BS degree (Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical discipline ideal)
• Must have Strong work ethics, self disciplined, eager to lead others, strong written and verbal communication skills
• Travel about 25%+
