Manager, Learning & Development - North America
We are seeking a Regional Learning & Development Manager to design, deliver, and continuously improve learning solutions that build capability and drive meaningful business outcomes across Karl Storz North America. In this role, you will serve as the primary L&D partner for the region - bridging global HR initiatives with local needs, developing manager and leadership pipelines, and helping embed a culture where talent development is a shared priority.
