    Regional Land Analyst Lennar is one of the nation's leading homebuilders dedicated to building quality homes and delivering exceptional customer service. The Regional Land Analyst performs financial and market analysis to support land acquisition decisions, preparing boards of directors “Green Folder” approvals.Responsibilities Prepare and analyze proforma financial documents for each asset acquired.Assist in financial feasibility analyses for acquisition opportunities.Analyze revenue, profit margins, sources and uses of funds, distribution projections, cash‑flow forecasts, break‑even analysis, cost‑basis, cost‑of‑sales, return‑on‑assets, and internal rates of return.Evaluate competitive markets by site visits and analyzing pricing, features, and costs.Maintain market‑analysis database for project feasibility.Draft deal summaries and compile underwriting and due‑diligence documents for the Green Folder process.Formulate budgets for programs, administer vendor contracts, change orders, and invoices.Prepare and update annual objectives, budgets, and schedules.Develop alternative business‑planning scenarios for acquisitions, recommending optimal financial plans.Recommend price/profit participation structures, price escalations, option payment schedules, interest rates, and other financial return enhancements.Perform asset‑sales pricing analysis and formulate financial deal points for disposition opportunities.Act as liaison with Corporate Finance to ensure alignment with financial strategies.Manage joint‑venture proformas, cash flows, and related projects.Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, finance/accounting, land development, engineering, or related field.2-4 years of experience in financial or market analysis, land acquisition and development, or similar.Experience in homebuilding or land development finance preferred.Valid driver's license with good driving record.Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; experience with PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat Pro, and project‑scheduling software preferred.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Self‑starter, able to work independently with limited supervision.Detail‑oriented, precise, and open to constructive feedback.Physical & Site Presence Requirements Regular in‑person attendance at company communities, job sites, and offices.Ability to work more than eight hours per day in confined construction trailer spaces.Ability to operate a motor vehicle, read plans, climb stairs and ladders, bend, stoop, reach, lift, move, or carry equipment up to 50lb.Occasional operation of construction equipment may be required.Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance coverage.401(k) retirement plan with 100% company match up to 5%.Paid parental leave and an associate assistance plan.Education assistance and up to $30,000 in adoption assistance.Up to three weeks of vacation annually; holiday, sick leave, and personal day policies.New‑hire referral bonus program and home‑purchase discounts.“Everyone's Included” day and other employee‑focused events.Lennar is an equal‑opportunity employer and complies with all applicable federal, state, and local fair employment practices laws.#J-18808-Ljbffr
