About this role:

As the Regional IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all IT activities within the region. This includes analyzing business challenges, collaborating with the Regional and Corporate IT teams to design and implement effective solutions, and providing necessary reports and information to support the region. You will also lead the Regional IT Team in supporting IT infrastructure and devices, establishing standard operating processes, and acting as a liaison between the client and Corporate IT to ensure efficient and standardized implementation and support of solutions.

What you bring to the table:

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Experience

  • 7 years of experience in information systems.
  • Including 2 years of leadership experience in managing people or projects.
  • Familiarity with the IT Support processes and software applications. Experience with networking and equipment is a plus.
  • Experience with Reporting methods and tools such as SQL Server Reporting Studio, Tableau, and other Business Intelligence tools.
  • Report development experience is a plus
  • Advanced level of Microsoft Excel skills
  • Strong business analysis skills.
  • The ability to relate between the technical nomenclature and layman’s terminology to facilitate discussions with management, clients, and project teams.
  • Possess a set of skills including, but not limited to: team leadership;  sensitivity to business and information system needs; and a strong drive to achieve superior results.
  • Excellent Project management skills
  • Healthcare experience a plus

Licenses/Certifications

  • None required.
What you will do:
  • Oversee and manage the Regional IT Team, providing supervision and guidance to ensure efficient operations and service delivery.
  • Lead and manage both IT and non-IT projects within the region, ensuring their successful implementation and completion.
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with the Corporate IT Team, leveraging their expertise to design, implement, and support IT systems and reports for the region.
  • Provide support to the Regional Office staff, addressing their IT and reporting-related needs and ensuring they have the necessary resources.

Take responsibility for supporting the IT network and all IT equipment in the region, coordinating efforts between the Regional and Corporate IT teams, and maintaining accurate documentation of IT processes, procedures, and inventory.
