In our time of Company growth, we seek a Regional Health Center Manager.
Work Location: Bradenton, FL
As part of this role, you will:
- Achieving business goals and revenue targets
- Overseeing daily operations, managing budgets, and setting performance objectives
- Recruiting, training, and supporting Health Center managers as well as conducting regular performance appraisals
- Planning, evaluating, and optimizing operations to be efficient and cost-effective
- Ensuring company standards and procedures are followed
- Determine workflows and implement procedures that are efficient and effective
- Assist in the preparation of monthly departmental and project reports
- Participates as a member of the management team in the overall management of the health center sites
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- Note: 5+ years' medical office experience will be accepted instead of Bachelor's degree in addition to other experience requirements
- 3+ years' experience in healthcare management and staff scheduling required
- Certified Medical Office Manager (e.g. CMOM) or similar certification preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel required
- Experience with HEDIS measures and Joint Commission and other regulatory bodies a plus
- Clinical experience a plus
- Experience with EMR systems, knowledge of clinical portals, and reporting a plus
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus and may be required for certain locations
- Must have a valid Florida Driver License in order to drive to various sites
The Regional Health Center Manager will manage and operate multiple health centers within the designated region. This position requires a strategic leader who can ensure the delivery of exceptional patient care, optimize operational efficiency, and drive growth and development initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, healthcare management experience, and a passion for improving healthcare access and quality.
