REGIONAL GENERAL MANAGER - HOME IMPROVEMENTS
BASE SALARY ($90K-$95K) + PERFORMANCE BASED BONUSES (UP TO $150K + YEARLY)
MUST BE WILLING TO TRAVEL WITH IN THE REGION UP 25 WEEKS PER YEAR
Great Day Improvements LLC, an innovator and leader in the home remodeling market is currently seeking a driven and experienced General Manager to oversee all aspects of the Branch Operations in our PACIFIC NORTHWEST Region. This position would oversee branch locations in SEATTLE & PORTLAND. This position would require a candidate that is open to Regional specific travel. Great Day Improvements is a vertically integrated company who designs, manufactures, sells and installs the Patio Enclosures sunroom products.
Responsibilities
Job and project management utilizing our in-house CRM system
Oversee implementation of our customer satisfaction process.
Responsible for job profitability, job costing, budgeting, etc.
Recruit, hire, and train teams based on capacity needs.
Oversee performance of the teams and train them on proper procedures.
Evaluate and monitor performance and quality standards of sub-contractors.
Oversee training of proper installation procedures for all of company products.
Oversee and perform, if necessary, measures, breakouts and order materials accordingly.
Ensure that safety standards are reviewed and implemented.
Meet with customers to review difficult and/or complicated jobs or to solve difficult service problems.
Maintain a rolling 30-day installation schedule.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years' experience in general management, preferably in the remodeling or residential construction industry.
P&L responsibility preferred.
Experienced in team building and management preferred.
Strong organizational, communication and leadership skills.
Must be process oriented.
Excellent customer relations and problem-solving skills are required.
Experience in dealing with multiple trades and sub-contractors.
Must be competent in the use of technology, experience with MS Excel a plus.
