The Regional Maintenance Manager (RMM) leads maintenance and reliability across fulfillment centers in a designated region (East or West).

The RMM ensures consistency in maintenance practices, partners with cross-functional teams, and identifies systemic improvements.
Qualifications include 8+ years in maintenance or operations, experience leading multi-site teams, expertise in MHE/automation and facility systems, and proven results in safety and performance improvements.
Willingness to travel (30-50%) is required. This role enhances regional execution and offers growth opportunities for operational leaders.
