Reinforce a culture of ownership, high standards, and psychological safety—where performance and accountability are clear and consistent.
Drive consistency in maintenance execution: planning and scheduling within the field, PM compliance, work quality, defect elimination, and pathways for addressing critical issues.
Identify systemic gaps and partner with cross-functional collaborators to implement durable corrective actions.
Partner with Operations, Safety, Finance, Engineering and external vendors to align priorities, unblock execution, and ensure operational readiness.
8+ years of progressive experience in maintenance, reliability, facilities, or industrial operations; multi-site leadership strongly preferred.
