Job Description:
GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION
A Regional FM should be able to maintain an attention to detail and time management to insure the day-to-day items are completed. Strong driver management focus is required and this person will need to establish and maintain working relationships with drivers and other employees to make sure that we provide an environment to sucessfully retain drivers on the account while still meeting revenue goals. Additionally they must have strong communication skills and the ability to multi-task and make decisions quickly under pressure.

QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty mentioned satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Prefer a broad knowledge of such fields as accounting, marketing, business administration, finance, etc. Equivalent to a four-year college degree, plus 12 to 18 months related experience and/or training, and 12 to 18 months of related management experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
