Job Description
We are in search of a Regional Finance Director - South. The Regional Finance Director will report directly to the SVP of Finance and be a key member of the company's financial leadership team. This role will serve as the trusted financial business partner to the Region President and be part of the regional leadership team. The role is expected to collaborate with the regional leaders to drive the region's financial performance and advance the company's strategic initiatives. You will be responsible for all regional month-end reporting, annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, financial modeling, KPI reporting, strategic initiative tracking, continuous improvement initiatives, and compliance requirements. You will also be responsible for managing and developing the regional finance team.

Compensation & Benefits:
The pay range for this role is $180,000 to $200,000 per year. This range represents what the company reasonably expects to pay an associate for this role based on current market data, internal equity, and other business factors. The actual compensation offered may vary depending on factors such as relevant experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other considerations.
