The Regional Fabrication Manager - Hydronics is responsible for the strategic oversight of operations, planning, and personnel management for all hydronic fabrication services within an assigned region. This role provides high-level leadership, ensuring that fabrication execution aligns with the business's performance, quality, and safety standards. A typical day involves collaborating with sales and field leadership to optimize material flow, auditing regional shop performance metrics, and mentoring leadership teams to ensure scalable growth and operational excellence.
