Responsibilities:
Own regional P&L and performance, driving profitable growth and market expansion
Lead large-loss and complex operations to deliver exceptional outcomes for clients
Partner with Sales & Marketing to execute winning go-to-market and growth strategies
Serve as an executive presence with carriers, brokers, and key commercial partners
Provide market intelligence to inform strategy and competitive positioning
Build high-performing leaders through coaching, development, and succession planning
Travel 50%+ to support teams, clients, and regional growth initiatives
Experience & Education:
10+ years of progressive leadership experience, preferably within restoration, construction, insurance services, or related industries
Experience using Salesforce CRM or similar systems
Experience leading geographically disbursed teams
Advanced understanding of insurance-driven restoration workflows and client expectations
Advanced analytical skills in interpreting financial results, including key drivers of the business and material variances to expectations
Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of industry-specific work experience
