Position Summary:

Under the direction of the AVP of Referral Management, this position is responsible for the system-wide development, oversight, direction, evaluation and implementation of the Referral Management Program and staff in accordance with established regulatory agencies

Responsibilities

  • Collaborates with Ardent Hospitals, Medical Groups, Corporate Leadership, and external partners to achieve Ardent organizational goals
  • The Regional Director develops strategies for achieving annual Referral Management goals and objectives, including input on system configuration, workflows, process monitoring and development, and education across clinical and administrative teams
  • Collaborates with hospital and medical group administrative leadership, business development, and other stakeholders to facilitate accurate, efficient, and effective workflows and processes that meet
