  • Strategic Leadership & Portfolio Management

    • Lead revenue strategy for a multi-property portfolio, ensuring each asset achieves optimal market positioning and commercial performance.
    • Develop long-term revenue plans aligned with ownership and brand objectives.
    • Partner with property GMs, DOSMs, and corporate leaders to drive cohesive commercial strategies.

     

    Revenue Optimization & Analysis

    • Oversee pricing, forecasting, and inventory management across all assigned properties.
    • Analyze market trends, demand indicators, and competitive performance to identify revenue opportunities.
    • Lead weekly revenue strategy meetings and ensure consistent execution of recommended tactics.
    • Optimize distribution channels, including brand.com, OTAs, GDS, and other digital platforms.

     

    Team Leadership & Development

    • Manage and mentor a team of Revenue Directors and Managers, fostering a high-performing, data-driven culture.
    • Provide training and guidance on revenue tools, systems, and best practices.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to ensure alignment and shared revenue goals.

     

    Stakeholder Engagement

    • Act as a trusted advisor to hotel ownership groups, delivering insights, performance updates, and strategic recommendations.
    • Present monthly and quarterly reports on revenue performance, market conditions, and forecast accuracy.

         

           QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or related field required.
    • 8+ years of progressive hotel revenue management experience, including Director of Revenue Management and Area Director of Revenue Management roles at complex properties.
    • Experience leading top-line revenue generation for resorts, boutique properties, and/or complex multi-segment and multi-revenue stream properties required.
    • Demonstrated success growing top-line revenue and improving market share in varied demand environments.
    • Strong leadership capabilities with successful experience effectively leading teams and influencing indirect reports at multiple properties.
    • Expert level proficiency in revenue systems (RMS), channel management, forecasting tools, and data analytics.
    • Comprehensive understanding of hotel distribution and connectivity landscape; understands and keeps abreast of new channels, new connectivity partners, and new tools.
    • Exceptional analytical skills with ability to package and present insights to all levels of the organization. Keeps current on market and industry trends.
    • Collaborative, business-minded, and commercially driven; thrives in a fast-growing hospitality environment.
    • Ability to travel 35% of the time.
