About the Role: Regional Director of Revenue – North America Region

At Millennium Hotels & Resorts, we believe strong revenue strategy drives strong hotel performance.

We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Regional Director of Revenue, North America, to lead revenue strategy across a portfolio of 8 hotels.

This is a high-impact regional leadership role for someone who understands that revenue management is not just about rates, restrictions, and reports—it is about shaping commercial strategy, improving market share, driving profitability, and helping hotel teams make smarter business decisions every day.

Reporting to the VP of Sales & Marketing, North America, this role partners closely with General Managers, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Distribution, and regional leadership to deliver strong commercial performance across the portfolio.

This role is ideal for a strategic, data-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment, takes ownership, and is passionate about building high-performing teams and sustainable results.

Your Impact

You will shape the commercial strategy, pricing discipline, and revenue culture across the North America region—driving performance, developing talent, and ensuring hotels maximize revenue opportunities while protecting profitability.

Your leadership will influence forecasting, pricing, distribution, inventory strategy, and commercial alignment, helping hotels make informed decisions that deliver measurable business outcomes.

What You’ll Lead

As Regional Director of Revenue, you will be responsible for developing and executing revenue strategies that maximize rooms revenue, RevPAR, ADR, occupancy, market share, and profitability across the North America portfolio.

Revenue Strategy & Commercial Performance

  • Lead regional revenue strategy across a portfolio of 8 hotels
  • Develop pricing, segmentation, and market positioning strategies by property
  • Drive profitable revenue growth through data-driven commercial decisions
  • Align revenue strategy with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Distribution teams
  • Ensure hotels focus on profitable business—not occupancy vanity metrics

Forecasting, Budgeting & Business Planning

  • Oversee weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting processes
  • Support annual budgets and strategic business plans
  • Monitor pace, pickup, cancellations, wash, and market trends
  • Identify risks early and implement action plans to close performance gaps
  • Translate performance insights into clear commercial recommendations

Pricing, Inventory & Distribution

  • Lead pricing strategy, inventory controls, yield management, and channel optimization
  • Oversee restrictions, displacement analysis, room-type yielding, and overbooking strategy
  • Manage profitable distribution across direct channels, OTAs, GDS, wholesalers, and brand platforms
  • Monitor rate parity, channel mix, and cost-of-sale effectiveness
  • Support initiatives that increase direct bookings and reduce unnecessary OTA dependency

Market Intelligence & Portfolio Performance

  • Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, citywide demand, and emerging opportunities
  • Monitor regional KPIs and hotel-by-hotel performance
  • Identify underperforming trends and prioritize support where opportunity exists
  • Translate market intelligence into actionable pricing and commercial strategy

Leadership & Team Development

  • Coach and develop hotel and cluster revenue leaders
  • Lead regional revenue calls and strengthen revenue discipline across the portfolio
  • Foster accountability, consistency, and best practices across hotels
  • Support talent development and succession planning

Systems, Reporting & Standards

  • Ensure strong data integrity across PMS, RMS, CRS, BI, and channel management systems
  • Maintain accurate segmentation, reporting standards, and forecasting processes
  • Deliver clear executive reporting, performance commentary, and strategic recommendations to leadership

What Success Looks Like

Success in this role means bringing structure, insight, and commercial discipline to the region. You will help hotels better understand their markets, identify opportunities, manage risk, and execute strategies that drive measurable business results.

You will challenge assumptions, spot trends early, and turn data into action—ensuring revenue decisions are focused on profitable growth, not simply filling rooms for the sake of filling rooms. Hotels have enough hobbies already.

Key Performance Areas

  • Total rooms revenue growth
  • RevPAR, ADR, and occupancy performance
  • RevPAR Index, ADR Index, and Occupancy Index
  • Forecast accuracy and budget achievement
  • Channel profitability and cost of sale
  • Direct booking share and OTA dependency
  • Rate parity and pricing discipline
  • Revenue meeting effectiveness and team capability

Requirements

What You Bring

We are looking for a strategic revenue leader who can operate at both portfolio and property level. The ideal candidate is analytical, commercially sharp, collaborative, and confident working with senior stakeholders.

You should be comfortable leading strategy conversations, presenting to executive audiences, coaching hotel teams, and making clear recommendations based on data, market conditions, and business priorities.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Strong multi-property hotel revenue management experience required
  • Deep understanding of pricing, forecasting, segmentation, inventory management, and distribution strategy
  • Experience influencing General Managers, DOSMs, revenue teams, and senior leadership
  • Proficiency with hotel systems including PMS, CRS, RMS, BI tools, and reporting platforms
  • Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
  • Passion for hospitality, commercial excellence, and talent development

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Finance, or related field preferred
  • Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience considered

Benefits

At Millennium Hotels & Resorts, we support our employees with a competitive benefits package designed to promote wellbeing and long-term success:

  • Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance
  • Company-paid Life and AD&D Insurance
  • Short-Term and Long-Term Disability Coverage
  • 401(k) Retirement Plan with Company Match (where applicable)
  • Paid Time Off & Paid Holidays
  • Hotel Room Discounts across our global portfolio
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

Benefits eligibility and offerings are subject to plan terms and company policy.
