Regional Director of Quality Assurance

The Regional Director of Quality Assurance (RDQA) is a leadership role focused on integrating quality management and performance improvement with clinical and business goals in hospice care.

• Provides education, technical support, and collaborates with teams to develop and maintain quality initiatives.
• Monitors risk areas, tracks corrective actions, and supports continuous improvement efforts.
• Works with leadership to implement organizational goals, facilitates communication, and ensures regulatory compliance.
• Performs audits, develops reports, and participates in program development and staff education.
• Requires a registered nurse license, preferably with hospice experience, strong knowledge of standards, and leadership skills.
