Great opportunity to join a privately owned, well-funded veterinary group that is seeking an experienced Regional Director of Operations to lead and grow a portfolio of veterinary hospitals in the Las Vegas area.
This role oversees multiple current practices while helping launch new, state-of-the-art multi-doctor hospitals. You’ll work directly with ownership in a founder-led organization focused on great medicine, strong teams and culture, and long-term growth, not short-term churn.
Ideal background:
We're looking for a great operator with 7+ years leading multi-site operations management in veterinary, pet, healthcare, dental or similar service operations. Strong experience in operations, HR, finance, marketing, and facilities. Veterinary experience preferred!
Key focus areas:
Drive regional strategy and growth while owning the financial success of the market
Lead and inspire multi-hospital teams and practice managers across the region
Build winning cultures through strong HR leadership and scalable systems
Optimize vendor partnerships and facilities for performance and patient care
Spearhead the launch of brand-new, state-of-the-art hospitals (de novo)
Compensation:
• Base salary $95,000–$100,000+
• Bonus potential
• Equity opportunity!
Location: Greater Las Vegas area
Start: Immediate to early 2026
