A growing, multi-site childcare and daycare organization with locations throughout Philadelphia is seeking a Regional Director of Operations to oversee performance across all centers.
This is a hands-on leadership role focused on managing site administrators and regional leadership, driving execution across locations, and building the structure needed to support continued growth.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple daycare locations throughout Philadelphia
Manage and support site administrators and regional leadership
Drive consistency, accountability, and operational standards across all centers
Regularly visit locations to ensure strong execution, staffing, and performance
Act as the escalation point for operational and staffing challenges
Ensure compliance with state regulations and internal standards
Identify inefficiencies and implement operational improvements
Support hiring, training, and development of on-site leadership
Ideal Candidate
Background in healthcare, childcare, or another regulated, service-based environment
Experience as a Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) or similar leadership role preferred
