The US base salary range for this full-time position is $145,000-$165,000 based on location and level of experience plus discretionary bonus

Role and Responsibilities Overview
The Regional Director, Multifamily is responsible for the overall operational, financial, and regulatory performance of an assigned portfolio of multifamily communities. This role serves as the primary client and ownership liaison and provides strategic leadership to Property Managers, Regional Property Managers, and on-site teams.
The Regional Director partners closely with the Managing Director/Senior Managing Director and Asset Management to ensure assets are operated in alignment with approved business plans, regulatory requirements, and ownership objectives-while maintaining a strong on-the-ground presence across properties.
This role is ideal for a seasoned multifamily leader with deep experience in affordable or mixed-income housing who can balance strategy with execution and lead teams through complexity.
