The Regional Director of Human Resources leads HR strategy and execution across multiple facilities, supporting overall business objectives.
They provide HR leadership, technical expertise, and guidance in areas such as talent acquisition, employee engagement, retention, organizational change, employee relations, compliance, and compensation.
Key responsibilities include collaborating with facility HR Directors, overseeing HR policies and Employee Handbooks, partnering with labor relations and legal teams on external complaints, analyzing employee relations data, developing HR training programs, conducting site visits, and facilitating HR orientation and training.
They work with the Division Director to ensure consistent implementation of HR policies, strategies, and processes across the division.
