Job Summary

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a Regional Director of Healthcare Operations to lead Sterile Processing (SPD), Transportation, and Facilities across multiple sites. This role drives operational excellence, regulatory compliance, leadership development, and continuous improvement while aligning regional performance with organizational goals.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee multi-site operations across SPD, logistics, and facilities
  • Lead and develop directors, managers, and site leaders
  • Ensure compliance with AAMI, CDC, CMS, DOT, and OSHA standards
  • Standardize workflows, audits, and regulatory readiness
  • Own regional KPIs including quality, turnaround time, and efficiency
  • Drive performance improvement, root cause analysis, and corrective actions
  • Build leadership pipelines and support talent development
  • Collaborate with clinical and operational stakeholders to meet SLAs
  • Align regional operations with strategic growth initiatives

Requirements

  • 10+ years healthcare operations experience
  • 5+ years in multi-site/regional leadership
  • Strong SPD (Sterile Processing) background required
  • Proven experience managing cross-functional teams
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations (AAMI, CDC, CMS, DOT, OSHA)
  • Bachelor’s degree required (preferred Healthcare/Business)
  • CRCST or equivalent strongly preferred
