Seeking a results-driven Regional Director, Engagement & Scientific Architecture to lead and develop a team of Engagement Managers and Scientific Architects across North America while managing strategic accounts personally.
Responsibilities include executing regional delivery strategies, ensuring customer health metrics, platform adoption, and value delivery, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and customer outcomes.
Leading by example, you will build high-performing teams through coaching, define delivery standards, manage escalations, and influence product and go-to-market strategies.
Ideal candidates have a background in chemistry or materials science, 5+ years in scientific or professional services roles, experience managing teams, and a track record in outcome-based delivery models. Strong communication, collaboration skills, and familiarity with AI platforms are a plus.
