We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Regional Delivery Manager to oversee a portfolio of Third-Party Logistics Carriers (3PLs), while supporting assigned market stores across the region. In this role, you'll bring your leadership, logistics expertise, and customer-focused mindset to drive operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and financial performance. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Store Operations, DC Operations, Inventory Control, and others to champion the customer experience and uphold "The Bob's Way."

Key Responsibilities

  • Apply your expertise in logistics and transportation management to oversee up to 100 daily delivery routes and ensure successful delivery of up to 1,250 customer orders daily.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and 3PL providers to drive service excellence, cost savings, and routing efficiencies.
  • Apply your skills in KPI measurement to monitor and improve regional performance in sales, delivery success, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of strategy and execution across business functions.
  • Utilize analytical skills to identify improvement areas, analyze data, and implement impactful process changes.
  • Help enhance depot and store delivery performance through carrier performance management, depot audits, and customer experience initiatives.
  • Lead strategic projects, including depot openings/closures and store delivery support.
  • Conduct weekly carrier meetings and regular site inspections to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

Required Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience:

  • 5+ years in transportation logistics management.
  • 5+ years of successful multi-unit retail or delivery operations experience.

Other Qualifications:

  • Strong data analysis and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%; national scope.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Supervisory Responsibility

  • Manages 3PL depot managers and regional delivery teams indirectly.
  • No direct reports but provides strategic leadership across the region.

Work Environment

  • Field-based role with regular in-person travel to depot and store locations.
  • Frequent virtual meetings with carriers, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
  • Flexibility to balance office-based strategic planning and field execution.

Expected Hours of Work and Travel

  • Tuesday through Saturday schedule, with occasional Monday work due to volume needs.
  • National travel responsibilities up to 50%.

Physical Requirements and ADA

  • Able to sit, walk, stand, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push, pull, climb, balance, crouch, and lift/move up to 50 lbs without assistance.
  • Move objects up to 100 lbs with or without reasonable accommodations.

$85,000 - $110,000 base salary + bonus target
