Key responsibilities (May include but not limited to):        

  • Receive and review orders (verbal, faxed, mailed, electronic) , dispatch and process in a timely manner
  • Order product from various vendors to fulfill orders/stock
  • Manage customer pricing
  • Process customer requests
  • Verify and maintain inventories for each market
  • Daily telemetry review
  • Promote process and execute X Matrix, improvement priorities and KPI’s
  • Reporting non-conformance’s via the Service Report System
  • Manage accounts in cooperation with sales representatives
  • Investigate issues and communicate with sales team and customers  as required
  • Assist in month end process: invoicing, purchase orders, inventory balancing and portal review
  • Continual system and process review for improvement
  • Provide assistance in general office administration
  • Be in rotation for afterhour’s phone.
  • To continually exceed the expectations of our customers and vendors.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned

Required Education / Training / Equivalent Experience (Prior to hire / transfer):

  • Associate Degree or relevant college experience
  • Customer Service experience (2-4 Years)
  • Logistics background or exposure.
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Organizational skills and Multitask Management
  • Detail Oriented
  • Computer skills to include Access, Word, Excel, Out Look
  • Ability to excel in a high paced deadline oriented environment
  • Problem solving skills
  • Team Player
  • Positive Attitude
  • Job longevity (stayed in positions or field over 3 years)

OJT (Required within the initial employment period – varies per position and experience):

  • Basic understanding of NACD / Responsible Care
  • Service Report system
  • Understand applicable procedures, work instructions, forms, checklists, etc.
  • Applicable ADAGE skills
  • PVS 101
