Position Summary:
The Regional Coordinator provides operational leadership, coaching, and program oversight across multiple correctional facilities to ensure high-quality educational programming. They support Site Managers and instructional teams in meeting statewide goals, promoting instructional excellence, maintaining compliance, and strengthening collaboration with IDOC facilities.
Regional Coordinators serve as a critical link between statewide strategy and site-level implementation, ensuring programs meet performance metrics, follow Ivy Tech and IDOC policies, and foster positive professional culture. The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, adaptability, and the ability to drive results in complex environments.
