Salary: $105,000 - $115,000 and $25,000 Annual Bonus

At Maxim, the Regional Clinical Support Specialist - BCBA, will join a clinical leadership team to support delivery of ABA services to our east coast offices. The RCSS works directly with national and area leadership to assume responsibility for clinical leadership and supervisory needs, as assigned. The RCSS participates in the training and development of team members and acts as the office level clinical leader or clinical team member during times of transition. In addition, the RCSS assists the Behavioral Division with remote support for clinical quality processes, training, and report/data oversight.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assists Region, Area and Offices with orientation and support of clinical team members. Provides additional support to office operational and field support team members as requested.
  • Assists with orientation and ongoing development of clinical team members, to include in person and remote trainings as assigned.
  • Acts as office Clinical Manager or Clinical Supervisor as directed in times of turnover and/or staff clinical team member shortage.
  • Maintains compliance with applicable local, state and federal regulations, company policies and procedures in assigned location(s)
  • Is accountable to all duties and metrics required of the Clinical Manager or Clinical Supervisor positions, when assigned.
  • Assists with remote support of offices to maintain compliance with behavior care plans, oversight of reports, trending of data, and development of clinical education as assigned.
  • Assists with audit preparation, office support during audits, and development and management of plans of correction as assigned.
  • Attends meetings and conference calls as indicated and completes reports and/or projects assigned by corporate and regional clinical leadership
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst
  • Ability to apply and maintain Behavior Analyst license in all states throughout designated region/s, as directed (e.g., Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina, Tennessee)
  • Office Clinical Leadership experience preferred
  • Minimum of two years of experience in BCBA supervisory role required
  • Ability to travel, potentially in prolonged intervals, as assigned
  • Working knowledge of ABA regulatory and federal requirements as well as Maxim policies
  • Proven leadership, compliance, customer service skills, sound independent judgment, initiative, and solid organizational and time management skills required
  • High level of competency in both written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in computer applications, specifically Microsoft Office Suite and Maxim's operating systems
  • Proficiency in, and the ability to train clinical team members, in utilizing Maxim's electronic medical record system and clinical/timekeeping applications
  • Proficiency in the English language required
