The Regional Clinical Reimbursement Consultant provides leadership in clinical reimbursement processes across multiple long-term care facilities.
They ensure accurate MDS completion, optimize reimbursement under PDPM, ensure regulatory compliance, and promote best practices in collaboration with clinical, financial, and operational teams.
Key responsibilities include overseeing PDPM and clinical reimbursement, supporting documentation and audits, delivering education and training, and providing reporting and analytics.
Candidates must have an active RN license, a BSN degree, 5–7 years of MDS and reimbursement experience, and strong knowledge of PDPM, RAI, ICD-10, and CMS regulations.
The role involves extensive travel and physical activity, requiring excellent communication skills, stress management, and teamwork.
