Be the Best Regional Director Inpatient Center OperationsYou Can Be 

If you meet these qualifications, we would love to meet you: 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, Master’s Degree preferred
• 4+ years clinical management experience
• Registered Nurse License in all applicable states
• Certified Hospice and Palliative Nurse certification

Responsibilities:  

As a Regional Director Inpatient Center Operations, you will:

• Participate in Monthly and Quarterly Clinical & Medical Director Meetings and Team Director Boot Camps as needed
• Assist with Inpatient Center start-up operations and preparedness for accreditation surveys
• Contribute to strategic planning with a growth mindset, locally and nationally
• Serve as clinical expert for all AccentCare Inpatient Center locations, including 24/7 on-call situations
• Collaborate with the Learning and Development department
• Review inpatient audit reports to support clinical services, including process improvement and budget analysis in partnership with the Director of Clinical Informatics
• Assist in maintaining site-specific staffing budget
